Scroll down and click Policies & rules

Click Threat policies

Click Safe Attachments

Click Create

Click Name

Click Description

Click User group picker

Click Sales

Scroll down and click highlight

Click highlight

Click Send messages that contain monitored attachment...

Click Next

Scroll up and click Submit
