Add Contact Numbers in Profile Page

Update via Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Admin Access Required)

If you have admin access, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to: UsersActive Users.

  2. Search for the user whose phone number needs to be added.

  3. Click on the user's name and go to the Contact Information section.

  4. Edit the phone number, then save the changes.

  5. Changes may take some time to reflect in Teams.


Steps to Add Phone Numbers via Teams Admin Center

  • Sign in to the Teams Admin Center

  • Navigate to the Users Section

    • In the left sidebar, click UsersManage Users.

  • Find the User

    • Search for the user whose phone number you want to update.

    • Click on their name to open the user details page.

  • Edit the Phone Number

    • Click on the Edit button.

    • Find the Phone number field (Work phone, Mobile phone, or Office phone).

    • Enter the correct phone number.

  • Save Changes

    • Click Save, and the changes will start propagating.
