Enable/Disable a User

Using MailEnable Administration Console (GUI):

1. To Disable a User:

  • Open the MailEnable Administrator program on the server.

  • Navigate to the "Messaging Manager" tab.

  • Locate "Post Offices" and find the relevant user.

  • Right-click on the user and select "Enable".

2. To Enable a User:

  • Go to the same Mailboxes section.

  • Right-click the mailbox → Properties.

  • Check the ✅ Mailbox Enabled box.

  • Click Apply or OK.
