Change the Sender in Outlook Web App
Intro
To change the sender address in the Outlook web app, open a new message, then select the Options tab and click Show From to reveal the From field, which you can then click to select a different address from your available aliases or add another address. If you don't see the option to "Show From", you may need to enable it in the View all Outlook settings under Mail > Compose and reply by checking the "Always show From" option.
To Show the From Field:
Open a new email message window.
In the composing window, look for and select the Options tab on the ribbon.
In the Show Fields group, click Show From to enable the From field.
To Select a Different Sender:
Once the From field is visible, click on the down arrow next to your current email address.
From the list, choose the email address you want to use to send the email.
To Enable "Always Show From" (if not visible):
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner of your Outlook web app.
At the bottom of the settings menu, select View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail > Compose and reply.
Scroll down to the Message format area and check the box for Always show From.
Click Save to apply the changes. The From field will now be available when composing a new message.
