Manual Setting Details

  • Incoming Server (IMAP / SSL / 993): imap.gmail.com

  • Outgoing Server (SMTP / SSL / 465): smtp.gmail.com

Outlook 2021 Steps

  1. Open Outlook and Navigate to Add Account: Launch Outlook and go to "File" > "Add Account".

  2. Enter Your Gmail Address: Enter your Gmail address and select "Connect".

  3. Follow the Gmail Sign-in Window: Outlook will launch the Gmail sign-in window, confirm the email, and select "Next".

  4. Add Your Password: Enter your Gmail password and follow the prompts.

  5. Grant Permissions: On the Google account permissions window, select "Allow".

  6. Complete the Setup: Once Outlook finishes adding your Gmail account, you can add another email account or select "Done".

  7. Restart Outlook: Restart Outlook to ensure the changes are fully applied.

  8. Find Your Gmail Emails: Look for your Gmail emails in the folder pane.
